Homemade Potstickers
Potstickers are the ultimate flavor bomb! These crispy bottomed, dumplings pack a crazy delicious punch of savory fillings in every addictive bite. You gotta try ’em.
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground pork
- 1 bag coleslaw can add 2 bags
- I like more meaty
- 1/2 jar Red’z
- Tbs fresh ginger optional
- 2 pack wonton or potsticker wraps
- 3 Tbl oil
Instructions
- Mix:
- Pork, slaw, ginger, Red’z in bowl
- Let stand 10 mins.
- Fill wraps
- Put 1 Tbs oil in pan on med high
- Fill pan with potsticker ( making sure bottoms have a little oil on them
- Cook covered 2 mins until brown on bottom
- Lift lid quickly add 1/8 cup water
- Cover and cook 3 more mins
- Potsickers should be shriveled and almost clear.
- Serve with side of Red’z for dipping
